Panna Cotta is an Italian dessert which has a very silky texture and tastes irresistable.
It’s hard to believe but trust me this Panna Cotta is one of the easiest dessert to make. And it can be made in a variety of flavors.
Today, I am sharing with you all Chocolate Panna Cotta recipe.
They are eggless and they serve as an amazing and most elegant show stopper dessert.
We can either serve them directly into the cups in which we make them or invert them out of the moulds for a more presentable look.
You will either love them or love them a lot!!

Ingredients:
1 cup (225 ml) milk
1 cup (225 ml) whipping cream
3/4 Tbsp (10g) gelatine powder
3 Tbsp (45 ml) water
3 tbsp (40g) sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
¾ cup or 6 oz (180g) semisweet chocolate chips
