Ingredients
4 pounds chicken drumettes
Oil for frying

Korean Red Sauce
1/2 cup gochujang paste
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup corn syrup or rice syrup
3 Tbsp white vinegar
3 Tbsp Sugar
6 minced garlic cloves
3 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
3 Tbsp oil (canola)
3 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Korean red pepper powder
1 tsp sugogi dashed or 1/2 tsp salt

Chicken coating
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fine black pepper or 1 tsp coarse black pepper
1 cup potato starch
1 cup AP flour
1 cup rice flour
1 tsp sugogi dashed or 1 tsp salt

Garnish options- Peanuts, sesame seeds, and green onions
