Filled with dulce de leche and deep-fried, these sweet biscuits are as delicious as they sound.
INGREDIENTS
•2 eggs, beaten
•1 cup milk
•2 packs of round vanilla cookies
•1 can dulce de leche
•Sunflower oil
•Equal parts sugar and cinnamon, combined
LET’S GET COOKING…
1.Add beaten eggs to one bowl and add milk to a separate bowl.
2.Add a dollop of dulce de leche to one cookie and top with another cookie, forming a sandwich.
3.Dip cookie sandwich in milk, followed by egg.
4.Fry in oil, then dip in sugar/cinnamon mixture.
