In my opinion, this is the best smoothie ever! Very good for high energy and those that struggle with weight loss by having a sweet tooth, this is a better alternative.
This recipe includes a fresh piece of turmeric and this is a very good ingredient since it has antioxidant properties, is anti-inflammatory as well as a good immune booster.
This smoothie is extremely delicious, refreshing, and just a good replenisher for energy.
Recipe:
– Add frozen mango, papaya, and pineapple
– Add 2 tbsp yogurt
– Add 1/2 glass milk
– Add 1 tsp honey
– Add a small piece of turmeric
