How To Make KFC Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
4 Drumsticks chicken(4 Chicken wings)
200ml of milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon (tsp) black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup of flour
1 tsp garlic salt
1tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
Cooking oil
Instructions
– Washing chicken
– Milk + egg + salt + pepper: mix well
– Put chicken in soaked milk solution, refrigerate 1-2 hours
– Wheat flour + garlic salt powder + onion powder + chili powder + salt + black pepper: mix well
– Roll the chicken evenly through flour, then dip in the milk solution, roll the dough a second time
– Let the dough rest for about 5 minutes then fry
