Ingredients:
1. 1 Mango
2. 1 Banana
5. 1 Cup of Coconut Milk or Milk of your choice

Now lets talk a little about each ingredients:
Mango:
Mangoes are tropical stone fruits, plump and oval in shape and about the size of a grapefruit. They have an inedible skin that ranges in colour from yellow to green through to red-green, depending on the variety, whilst inside is a soft, edible yellow flesh and a hard inedible stone.
Mangoes only grow in warmer climates. They are native to Southern Asia, but they are now grown in other countries including the US, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Nutritional benefits of mango
Mango is a low-calorie fruit that is high in fibre, and is a great source of vitamins A and C. It also contains folate, B6, iron and a little calcium, zinc and vitamin E. Mangoes are a good source of antioxidants, containing certain phytochemicals such as gallotannins and mangiferin which have been studied for their health benefits.

BANANA
Banana is a nutritional powerhouse, packed with energy giving carbohydrate and heart healthy potassium. Bananas are loaded with valuable micronutrients, especially potassium. Potassium is one of the most important electrolytes in the body, helping to regulate heart function as well as fluid balance a key factor in regulating blood pressure. The effectiveness of potassium-rich foods such as bananas, in lowering blood pressure and protecting against heart disease and strokes is well accepted and bolstered by considerable scientific evidence. Bananas are soothing to the gastrointestinal tract due to their high content of pectin as soluble fiber that not only lowers cholesterol but normalizes bowel function. The high fiber content of bananas promotes satiety (feelings of fullness).
