Ingredients:
Milk: 2 cup
Mango: 1
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Mango icecream: 3-4 scoops
Sabja Seeds: 1 tbsp
Rose syrup: 3-4 tsp
Ice cubes: 5-6
Chopped Nuts
Method:
(Soak sabja seeds in water for about 20-25 minutes before start making)
1. Take a mixer jar and grind the sugar
2. Now take 1 cup of milk and again blend it with sugar.
3. Now add the mango pulp and one cup of milk. Blend it again.
4. Now add mango ice cream and blend it. Add ice cubes and blend it again
5. Serve the chilled mango shake in a Mason jar
6. Add mango shake at bottom and then add chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon of rose syrup. Add a scoop of mango icecream
7. Now add sabja seeds. And then pour mango shake again
8. Now at the top put a scoop of mango icecream. Put chopped nutes and rose syrup.
9. Serve chilled.
