Learn how to make mini strawberry tarts in 20 mins. This summer fruit dessert recipe is all you need this summer.
Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry sheet 1
Creme Fraiche or Whipped Cream 150 ml
Icing sugar 1 tbsp
Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
Strawberries (cut in half)
Directions:
1) Unroll the pastry sheet and cut into pieces bigger than the tart tins. Press it in each tin and discard the extra sheet. Add a baking paper with baking beads in each and bake at 180°C for 15 mins.
2) While they chill in the fridge, prepare the filling. Mix together creme fraiche, icing sugar an dvanilla extract in a bowl and pour into each tart shell to the top.
3) Clean and cut strawberries in half and arrange 3-4 on top of each tart. Enjoy!
