Mint Yogurt Chicken | Pudina Chicken
Serve this yummy chicken dish with vegetable pulao.

To Make Mint Yogurt Chicken | Pudina Chicken
INGREDIENTS
– 1 1/2 kg Chicken
-1/2 tsp pepper powder
– 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds
– Nut paste (15 Cashew nuts, 15 Almonds Soak & grind to a fine paste)
– Salt to taste
– 2 tbsp Ghee / Butter
– 7-8 Peppercorns
– 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
– Green Chilies 7-8
– 1 tsp Coriander Powder
– 1 tsp Cumin Powder
– 1 Cup Yogurt
– A glass of water
– Handful of Mint Leaves

To Make GARAM MASALA POWDER (Store Bought Can Be Used)
~ 1 tsp Cloves
~ 1 Cardamom
~ Cinnamon stick small piece

MARINATE : Cut the chicken into medium pieces , wash & allow to drain.
Apply Pepper powder, Crushed Cumin seeds, Nut Paste, salt to taste
marinate for 2 hours or overnight

METHOD :
1) Into a heavy based pan heat ghee add peppercorn & toss for few seconds
add marinated chicken and fry for 5-6 minutes
2) Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies fry for a minute
3) To the chicken add coriander powder, cumin powder,
ground garam masala powder mix well, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4) Add 1 cup whipped Yogurt, a glass of water, a handful of Mint Leaves
& salt if needed. mix everything well cover and cook till the chicken is done.
5) Garnish the chicken with mint leaves & Serve hot with vegetable pulao !
