Schezwan Chicken Lollipop Recipe:

Ingredients:
8-10 Chicken Drums
4 tablespoons Ching’s Schezwan Chutney
1 tablespoon Ching’s Dark Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Smith & Jones Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 tablespoons Cornflour
2 tablespoons Maida
Salt to Taste

Method:
1) Marinate chicken lollipops with Chings Schezwan chutney, Chings Dark Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Smith & Jones Ginger Garlic Paste, cornflour and maida.
2) Mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
3) Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
4) Add the chicken pieces and deep fry till its golden brown and crispy.
5) Remove it in an absorbent paper and serve hot with Chings Schezwan chutney. Enjoy!
