Ingredients:
-Ground beef 2 lbs
-Split chickpeas/ chana daal 1 1/2 cup. washed and soaked for half an hour
-Onion 1 medium
-crushed red pepper 1 tablespoon
-Cinnamon stick 1 inch
-Black cardamom 3
-Salt) 2 tsp or to taste
-Black pepper whole 1 tablespoon
-Ginger garlic 2 tbs
-Coriander powder 1 tbs
-Cumin seeds 1 tbs
-Green chilies 2-3
-Mint ½ cup
-Green coriander / cilantro ½ cup
-Eggs 2+1
-water 2 cups
-Oil for frying
