Ingredients as follows
Chicken – 2 Kg (Medium Pieces)
Big Red Onion – 5 (Sliced)
Ingredients to be crushed
Ginger – Small Piece
Garlic – 12 pieces
Tomato – 2 (Sliced)
Green Chili – 1
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Red Chili Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Kashmiri Chili Powder – 2 Teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder – 1 & 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1 Teaspoon
Lemon Extract – 1/2 Lemon
Curry leaves – few
Salt – As required

English Translation:
With these ingredients, let’s see how to prepare Chicken Sukka

Add excess oil to the pan

Add little more than half the sliced onions to the pan

Its same as frying onions for Biriyani

I took 3 big onions for frying and keeping remaining two for making masala

Add little salt to the pan

Onions have fried enough, lets take it out of the pan

I took out all fried onions from the pan,

Let’s marinate the chicken

Add fried onions to the bowl

Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder

Add 1 teaspoon of red chili powder

Add 2 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder

Add 1 & 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder

Add 1 teaspoon of Garam powder

Add required salt

Add 2 teaspoon on oil

Add 1/2 lemon extract

Add few curry leaves

Add ginger garlic paste

Use hand to mix it well

Once after it mixed well, we can add chicken

Don’t need to add water, water will come from Chicken itself

I have mixed it well, let’s add Chicken

Mix it well

I have mix it well

Let’s keep it aside for 30 minutes. If you have time, Keep it for 1 or 1 & 1/2 hours

Close the bowl and keep it for 30 minutes

Its been 30 minutes now, Let’s see how to make masala

Use the same oil used to fry the onions before

Add remaining onions to the pan

Stir it until onion becomes brownish

Add green chili

Add few curry leaves

Stir it well

Onion has become soft and brownish

Add sliced tomatoes to the pan

Stir it well, Tomato needs to mix it well

Tomato has mixed well now

Add marinated chicken to the pan

Mix marinated chicken with masala well

Chicken has mixed well

Keep the stove in low flame and boil the chicken for 15-20 minutes

Don’t need to add water, water from chicken is enough. Chicken needs to boil in that water

After 15 minutes, open the lid

You can see water that came out from chicken itself

Even-though I kept it for 15 minutes, I was stirring the mix on a regular interval

I am going to make it dry, so need to boil for few more minutes

Stir it well

Under low flame, boil it again for 10 more minutes

Close the pan

After 10 minutes, open the lid and check

Check salt and add as required
Salt is enough, if needed add accordingly
Easy and tasty chicken sukka is ready now
