SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN RECIPE

CHICKEN INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ POUND CHICKEN BREAST DICED INTO ½ inch PIECES
1 TSP ALL PURPOSE SEASONING
½ TSP GARLIC POWDER
1 TSP PAPRIKA
¼ TSP GINGER
¼ TSP SALT

BATTER FOR FRYING CHICKEN:

1 CUP FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
WATER

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

¾ CUP PINEAPPLE JUICE ( I USED THE JUICE FROM A CAN OF DICED PINEAPPLE)
¼ CUP WATER
¾ CUP WHITE SUGAR
¼ CUP KETCHUP
2 TBSP VINEGAR
3 TSP CORNSTARCH

REMAINDER OF INGREDIENTS:

½ TBSP OIL
½ CUP ONION
½ CUP GREEN PEPPERS (SWEET PEPPER)
1 CUP DICED PINEAPPLE
