How to make tasty Pork in Green Masala | Green Masala Pork | Goan Style Pork in Green Masala
Pork in Green Masala is one of the most favorite dish in our house. This is the most simple and easy pork recipe. It is spicy, tangy and packed with flavor. Pork in Green Masala is a thick gravy and is meant to be eaten a day later. This flavor-packed dish goes well with pav, rice roti or even plain steamed rice.
Ingredients :
500 gms Pork (belly portion) washed and cut into 1 inch cube
To make the Green Masala Paste :
2 medium size Onions (roughly chopped)
1 cup (or a handful) Coriander Leaves
10-12 Garlic cloves
1 inch Ginger (roughly chopped)
4 Green Chillies (can use more if you prefer)
½ tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
½ tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
½ tsp Peppercorns
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Vinegar (I have used Caramalised Synthetic Vinegar. You can use any vinegar)
100 ml Water (use after rinsing the jar)
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
