Heyo! In this video I show how I make the thickest smoothie bowls!
I hope this helps the ones having trouble getting the consistency. I really enjoyed making this video, so I’ll be sure to start making more videos consistently. (Vlogs, fitness, cooking, etc)
Ingredients for the banana/strawberry/blackberry smoothie bowl:
1/4 cup milk (I typically use almond milk)
1 half frozen banana
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 tb chia seeds (optional)
1 tb peanut butter/ pb fit powder (optional)
1 scoop protein powder (optional…adding it makes for a fluffier consistency)
1/2 – 3/4 cup ice (can substitute with more frozen fruit)
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients
Blend until desired consistency (shaking every few seconds if necessary)
Top however your heart desires
