Hyderabadi Dum Ka Chicken is a tasty and Famous Hyderabadi Chicken recipe. This is a simple recipe where Chicken is marinated then cooked under low flame.
METHOD
1.Chicken – 1 kilo, cut into medium sized pieces
2.Next grind into a fine paste
Ginger – 50 gram
Garlic cloves – 20
Green chilies – 4
Use little water and grind it into fine paste, add it to chicken pieces
3.Now grind
Almonds – 20 gram
Cashew nuts – 20 gram
Dry coconut – 20 gram
along with
Cardamom – 4
Cloves – 6
Cinnamon stick – 3
Grind it into fine paste using little water
4.Add yogurt – 250 gram
Deep fried onion of two big sized onions, crush it well and add
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri Red chili powder – 2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 2 teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Caraway seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Few mint and coriander leaves
Oil – 2 tablespoon
Butter – 50 gram / Clarified butter – 50 gram
Mix it well and marinate for 3 hours
5.Now cook the marinated chicken as shown in the video also give it charcoal smoke for extra taste
6.Serve hot with roti or paratha
