1. Chicken with bone – 1kg
For Birista :
2. Onion medium (sliced) – 4
3. Refined oil – as required
Marination :
4. Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
5. Ginger paste – 2 tbsp
6. Crushed birista
7. Salt – to taste
8. Curd – 200 gms
Dry roasted masala :
9. Cumin seeds – 2 tsp
10. Coriander seeds – 4 tsp
11. Dried red chillies – 10
Masala paste :
12. Dry roasted masala
13. Tomato medium – 1
14. Onion medium (sliced) – 2
15. Turmeric powder – 1tsp
16. Water – 1/2 cup
Other Ingredients :
17. Kashmiri red chilli powder – 2 tsp
18. Garam masala powder – 1tsp
19. Refined oil – 4 tbsp
20. Warm water – 1cup
Serve Hyderabadi Masala Chicken with steamed rice, jeera rice, fried rice, chapati, naan, paratha etc. in any occasion.
