I don’t fry pork belly anymore! This oven recipe is fantastic!
Ingredients:
pork belly: 1.5 kg (3 lb)
soft butter: 200 g (7.1 oz)
garlic: 10 g (0.4 oz)
rosemary: 5 g (0.2 oz)
sweet paprika: 5 g (0.2 oz)
ketchup: 100 g (3.5 oz)
honey: 50 g (1.8 oz)
mustard: 30 g (1.1 oz)
soy sauce: 40 ml (1.4 fl oz)
