Happy Hanukkah to everyone celebrating this season! Sundown tomorrow marks the start of this year’s 8 crazy nights so to kick off the part on a sweet note – I present Ice Cream Filled Jelly Doughnuts! The creaminess of the ice cream soaks into the fluffy, crunchy fried doughnut and mixes so perfectly with the tart jelly sauce. I used a basic vanilla ice cream in mine but feel free to mix it up!
