If you have one glass at home, you can make this breakfast only in 5 minutes!
Bread
Eggs
Green onion
Cheese
Salt & black pepper
Butter or olive oil
Prepare some bread
Make a hole in the bread with a cup or round cutter
Repeat with more bread
I made four for my four children
Put some butter in a pan and use medium-low heat
Put the bread in the center of the pan
Crack an egg in the center of the bread
Add a pinch of salt and black pepper
Add some chopped green onions
Mix it all together quickly
Add some cheese on top
Place the remaining bread on top of the cheese
Press down gently
When you can move the bread, flip it onto the other side
Fry until both sides are golden brown,
which takes about 3 minutes
Done!
You can also fry it with olive oil
