Instant Mango Kalakand by Food Artist
ingredients :
cottage cheese 50 grams
alfonso mango 1 medium size condensed milk 3 tbsp
sugar 2 tspn
ghee 1/4tbsp
saffron strands a few
finely chopped almond and pistachio cardamom powder
method :
take cottage cheese and grate it with fine side of grater so that it can give the texture of kalakand
now take one alfanzo mango and peel it off cut into cubes and make a fine puree in a grinder
now take a non stick heavy bottom pan put on low flame add one fourth tablespoon of ghee add grated cottage cheese in it cook for few minutes
now add 3 tablespoon of condensed milk cook till condensed milk is absorbed by the cottage cheese it’s time to add mango puree cook for 2-3 minutes
now add 2 tablespoon of sugar now cook till the mixture become thick in consistency now take a bowl and place a piece of cling wrap in the inner side place chopped nuts and Saffron and cardamom powder on the bottom of the bowl now add the ready mixture of instant kalakand in it so that it can take the shape of the bowl
now let it set for 2 hours on room temperature if you want to demould it quickly you can place it for half an hour in the refrigerator & demould the kalakar enjoy this super yummy easy & healthy dessert at home . If you like my recipes do comment in comment section. Thnx
