TODAY’S RECIPE IS Instant Mango Milk Cake | Mango Kalakand Recipe | Easy Mango Dessert Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Instant mango milk cake
6 inch pan
Grease ghee
Place baking paper
Chopped pistachios
Keep aside
One ripe Mango
Blend until smooth
Milk 2 cup
Let it boil
Boil for 5 mins
Mango puree 1 cup
Mix well
Stir occasionally
Reduce into half
Sugar 1/4 cup
Milk powder 1/4 cup
Keep stirring
Thick consistency
Cardamom powder pinch of
Ghee 1 tbsp
Cook on low flame
Mixture starts separating from pan
Spread evenly
Keep in the fridge for 1 hour
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
