Red Jelly Ingredients:
1 pack (24g) red gulaman powder
1/2 cup Sugar
6 cups Water
Cream Jelly Pudding Mixture Ingredients:
1 pack (24g) Unflavored white or clear gulaman powder
1 can (370ml) Evaporated Milk
1 can (300ml) Condensed Milk
1 box (250ml) all purpose cream
2 cups Water
Red Jelly Cubes Cooking Procedure:
1. In a pot combine red gulaman powder and sugar in 6 cups of drinking water. Mix well until dissolve. Turn on stove and stir over medium heat until it start to boils.
2. Then pour mixture into containers and let it cool to set.
3. Once it cools, sliced jelly into your desired size.
4. Then transfer the sliced jelly into another container.
Cream Jelly Pudding Mixture Cooking Procedure:
1. In a pot combine white gelatin powder, evaporated milk, condensed milk, all purpose cream and 2 cups of water. Stir and mix well until dissolve. Turn on stove and stir over medium heat until it start to boils.
2. Pour mixture over red jelly cubes. Let it cool to set.
3. Once it cools you can transfer it into a serving plate. Chill before serving.
