INGREDIENTS
-Olive oil 2 tbsp
-Chicken breast 200 g
-Black pepper
-Apple vinegar 50 ml
-Mustard 1 tbsp
-Olive oil 1 tbsp
-Honey 1 tbsp
-1 pear
-Spinach 1 bunch
-Dried cranberry 30 g
-Walnuts 20 g

PREPARATION
Fry the chicken breast cut in cubes, season with black pepper
For the dressing mix apple vinegar, mustard, olive oil and honey
Place the chopped spinach at the bottom of the bowl, add the fried chicken, sliced pear
