Ingredients for marination:
CHICKEN WINGS – 12 PIECES ( 800GM)
GINGER GARLIC PASTE – 1 TBSP
SOAKED RED CHILLI PASTE – 1 TSP
SOYA SAUCE – 1 TBSP
VINEGAR- 2 TSP
BLACK PEPPER POWDER – ½ TSP
OIL – 1 TBSP
SALT – ½ TSP
Ingredients for batter :
CORNFLOUR – 2 TBSP
MAIDA – 2 TBSP
EGG WHITES – 2 NO.
RED FOOD COLOUR – A PINCH
BLACK PEPPER POWDER – ¼ TSP
SALT TO TASTE
Ingredients for coating sauce:
OIL – 2 TBSP
TOMATO KETCHUP – 7 TO 8 TBSP
VINEGAR – 2 TBSP
SOYA SAUCE – 1 TBSP
SALT A PINCH
BLACK PEPPER POWDER – 2 PINCHES
Steps of preparation:
In a mixing bowl take chiken wings and marinate by
adding all the ingredients of marination.
Keep in refrigerator for 2 hrs.
In another bowl put all the ingredients of batter and
make a thick batter.
Heat oil in a kadhai, dip wings in batter and
fry 3 to 4 pieces at a time on medium hot oil
till light golden and gets cooked.
To serve, heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, reduce heat.
Add ketchup, vinegar, soya sauce, salt n pepper.
Mix well, add fried wings and stir for 2 minutes to coat
all the pieces with the sauces.
Serve hot juicy wings with salad or green chilli sauce.
