Ingredients and Method
500 Grams Chicken
1 tbspn salt
2 tbspn ginger Garlic paste
1 red Kashmiri chilli powder
MARINATE AND KEEP ASIDE 30 MINS
In a Kadai
3 dru red chillies
1 tbspn fennel seeds
1 teaspoon peppercorns
1 tbspn cumin seeds
1 tbspn Coriander seeds
Dry roast for 2-3 mins make a fine powder in Grinder.
KADAI Masala is Ready
Heat 1 tbspn Ghee and 4 tbspn oil in Kadai
Cook chicken for 10 minutes on medium flame
Then add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
Salt as per taste
Kadai masala
Mix well and cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes
Add 1 cup water and cool again
Then add 1 cup curd and mix and cook 5-7 mins
2 tbspn fresh cream mix well
Add 1 diced capsicum and 1 diced onion
Cover and Cook for 5 mins
Garnish with Coriander leaves.
Serve hot and Enjoy ?
