Boiled Chicken:
Chicken – 1kg (Piece size 40gms)
Salt – 1 tsp
Water – 250ml
2 Whistles

After 2 Whistles Separate water and Keep aside

Chitti muthyalu Rice: (Seeraga samba rice)
4 Glasses (1kg)
Wash 2-3 times
Soak for 1 Hour

Chicken Masala:
Cloves – 6
Cinnamon – 2 inches
Star Anise – 1
Cardamom – 4
Black Pepper – 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds – 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 5 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
Mace – 1 flower
Grind into fine powder

Ginger Garlic paste:
Ginger – 100gms
Garlic pods – 80gms
Make paste (Take half aside for Chicken)

Green paste for Rice:
Remaining Ginger Garlic paste
Coriander leaves – 1 bunch
Make paste (Green paste Ready!)

Preparation of Rice:
Oil – 6 tbsp
Ghee – 4 tbsp
Cloves – 8
Cardamom – 8
Cinnamon – 3 inches
Star Anise – 2
Mace – 1 small flower
Bay leaves 3-4
Slited green chillies – 12
Green paste
Rock salt
Total Water – 7 1/2 Glasses
(Chicken broth – 2 Glasses, Water – 5 1/2 Glasses)
1 hour Soaked Chitti muthyalu Rice

Chicken Fry Piece Preparation:
Oil – 8 tbsp
Chopped onions
Ginger Garlic paste
Boiled Chicken
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Chicken broth – 1/2 Glass (100ml)
Salt
Curry leaves – 1 cup
Ground masala (Layer 1)
Ground masala (Layer 2)
