This has pretty much been one of my smoothie breakfast smoothies for the last 10 years. It’s packed full of anti-oxidants, protein, nutrients that are great for you skin, health and energy! I use my Vita-Mix more than any other appliance in my kitchen, I make soup for lunch, smoothies for our breakfast ant quite possibly the best Pesto sauce ever tasted by my mouth! ha ha ha
SUBSTITUTES:
COCONUT MILK: You could use regular Milk or Almond Milk.
COCONUT MILK YOGURT: regular yogurt.
ACAI: you could just use more blueberries to replace acai.
BLUEBERRIES: you could use any other berry.
Kale: you could use more spinach.
Coconut Oil: you could use flax seed oil or leave this out.
