Searing the Chicken
2 tbsp Mustard Oil
1/8 tsp Asafoetida
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1/2 kg Chicken Mince
Salt (as required)
1 tsp Achari Masala
1 tsp Garam Masala
Preparing the Chillies
6 Jodhpuri Chillies (slit & deseeded)
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Salt (as required)
For the Gravy
2 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Carom Seeds
3 Tomato Puree
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/4 tsp Mace Powder
1/4 tsp Clove Powder
1/2 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
1 cup Yogurt
1/2 cup Cheese
Salt (as required)
1/4 cup Water
Pan-Frying the Chillies
1 tbsp Oil
Pan-Frying the Gravy
Water (as required)
