For the Marinade:
– Chicken – 500g
– Chopped Garlic – 2 tsp
– Chopped Green Chillies – 2 tsp
– Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
– Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
– Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
– Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
– Salt to taste
Frying the onions:
– Oil for frying
– Onion – 250g ~ 2 Cups
Frying the chicken:
– Oil for frying
– Marinated Chicken
For the roast:
– Green Chillies – 2
– Few Curry Leaves
– Tomato – 200g ~ 1 Cup
– Fried Chicken
– Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
– Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
– Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
– Fried onions
– Chopped Coriander Leaves
