Kerala Style Dry Chicken:-
1 kg Chicken with bone,
1 tsp Chilly flakes,
1 tsp Chilly powder,
1 1/2 tbsp Cumin powder,
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder,
1 tsp Cumin powder,
1 tsp Pepper powder,
1 1/2 tsp Garam masala,
3 Green Chilies
2 tbsp Vinegar,
3 tbsp Coconut oil,
Salt as Taste,
Soak for 30 mins,
Frying Process:-
4 tbsp Coconut oil,
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste,
Marinated Chicken with Masala,
2 Sprig Curry leaves,
Cook for 20 to 30 mins on Low flame,
( Cover for 15 minutes and cook uncovered for 15 minutes)
For Garnishing,
Curry leaves,
Serve with Parotta ,Chappati, Rotti….
