Kesar bread Butter pudding it’s a Pete dessert for monsoon , it kesar adds a depth of flavour in our pudding . It’s quick to make and a perfect recipe for reusing leftover bread . The best part is that it doesn’t require much of ingredients and you can make it with different flavours such as coffee ,vanilla ,hazelnut etc etc ❤️
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp saffron
1.5 tbsp salted butter
4-5 dry fruits of your choice
3 tbsp brown/ white sugar
4-5 stale bread or as required.
