1/2 Cup Pumpkin or Pumpkin Puree ( I like the bits to nibble on so I don’t cook I just blend)
1/4 Extra Thick Cream
1/4 Almond Milk ( Unsweetened)
1/4 Tspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tspoon Cinamon
Sprinkle Nutmeg
