For the Sugar syrup (Malpuas 1)
Stevia1 cup
Water 1 cup
Saffron strands 7-8
For the batter (Malpua 1 & Malpua 2)
Almond flour I cup
Coconut flour I cup
Psyllium husk 1/2 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Coconut milk 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Salt a pinch
Peppercorns coarsely ground 1tsp
Corriander seeds 1tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
For Garnishing
Almonds coarsely grounded 2 tsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
(Malpuas 2)
Stevia 1 cup
Note:
For making Malpuas 2 style, you just need the batter ingredients and stevia.
I have used 1 Batter Quantity for both the type Of Malpuas. so Stevie and water used for Malpuas 1was taken 1/2 and a half Stevia for Malpuas 2
