The cucumber and avocado in this smoothie makes it taste so fresh! I love how refreshing it is! Feel free to add as much liquid stevia as you would like. I personally like to taste the natural flavors, but have included stevia drops into the recipe. This smoothie is also a great base to add a low carb protein powder as well.

Keto Vegan Mean Green Smoothie Recipe:
Ingredients:
Avocado
Cucumber
Coconut Milk
Water
Spinach
Stevia
Instructions:
1. Cut a medium avocado in half and remove the pit. Dice into large cubes. Peel and dice cucumber.
2. Place coconut milk, water, diced avocado, diced cucumber, spinach and stevia drops to a blender cup and blend with a stick blender or full sized blender.
3. Serve immediately.
