This is a most requested recipe on my page. This is by far the closest that I have come with respect to taste with the original KFC. I have come to finalize this recipe after so many trial and errors. I might modify this recipe in future and if so, I will be putting another video for you guys with the updated recipe. Ingredients –
Chicken – 2 drumsticks + 4 medium sized pieces
Oil for frying
For marination
Curd – 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Onion powder – 1 tsp
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Lime juice – juice of 1/2 piece
Salt for taste
Coating mix
All purpose flour – 2 cups
Oregano – 1 tsp
Garlic powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
