For Coating:
Plain Flour (Maida) – 1/2 Cup
Cornflour – 1/2 Cup
Crushed Cornflakes – 1/2 cup
Red Chilli Powder – 1/3 tsp
Mixed Italian Herbs/Oregano – 1/4 Tsp
Ginger powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Egg – 2 pcs
Cooking oil – for frying
