Semiya Payasam (kheer) is a famous South Indian sweet. It takes about 20 minutes to prepare and tastes best when served cold.
Ingredients:-
Vermicelli- 1 medium cup
Milk- 1 litre
Cardamom- 3-4 pods
Sugar- 1 cup
Condensed Milk- 1/2 tin
Saffron- 7 strands
Cashews- 15-20 chopped
Clarified Butter/ Ghee- 5-6 TSP
