Here’s the recipe:
KILLING THYME
1 oz. (30ml) Gin
¾ oz. (22ml) Elderflower Liqueur
½ oz. (15ml) Aperol
Lavender Extract
Thyme
Orange Peel
Lavender Sprig
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing beaker, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, aperol, and drop some lavender extract.
2. Burn some thyme and drop it in. Add ice and stir well.
3. Strain mix into a serving glass with ice and garnish with an orange peel and a lavender sprig. Enjoy responsibly!
