Berry Smoothie Recipe:
2 medium bananas, sliced and frozen
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or soya milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen cranberries
5-6 mint leaves
1 Tbsp Kokos Natural Beetroot Powder
1 Tbsp Kokos Organic Coconut Sugar
Method:
-Add bananas into a blender or food processor.
-Add the berries and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed.
– Add mint leaves
– Add 1 Tbsp Kokos Natural Beetroot Powder
-Add 1 Tbsp Kokos Organic Coconut Sugar
– Add almond milk or soya milk
– Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed.
-Pour into the desired glasses and Garnish with mint leaves or your favorite berries. Slurp and enjoy!
