Grilled on charcoal Korean spicy Chicken
Ingredients:
2 small-sized chicken cut in half
4 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
3 Tbsp gochujang*
3 Tbsp honey
1 tbsp finely grated ginger
4 garlic cloves, finely grated grated
1 cup finely chopped spring onions
Half tsp black pepper
½ tsp chili flakes
Half tsp sea salt
serve with steamed rice
