Korean Fried Chicken Recipe | Korean Sweet and Spicy Chicken

***Ingredients
400g chicken
All purpose flour, Corn Starch
Korean chili paste
Honey
Ginger, Garlic

salt, black pepper, sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, red pepper powder, rice vinegar

***Direction
Mix all-purpose flour with cornstarch, salt, black pepper and water together.
Roll the chickens into cornstarch and put them into the mixed flour.
Fry the chicken’s wing first. When the color turns well, we can remove the wing from the pan.
Fry the chicken’s things
Make the sauce. Add ¼ cup honey, 2 tbsp Korean chili paste, ¼ cup ketchup, ½ cup sugar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp red pepper powder, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tbsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped ginger, ¼ cup water. Mix well and heat until the mixture boils
Put the fried chicken into the sauce and mix them well. Heat until the sauce thickens, turn off the heat.
