Hello Everyone,
Kukhura ko Masu is a traditional dish loved by all the Nepalese people and widely eaten in their everyday life. It is one of the most favorite dish eaten during marriages and festivals like Dashain and Tihar. In this video, I have tried to simplify the recipe and optimize it for the bachelors or singles who don`t have much time or kitchen equipment. This recipe can be prepared within 30 minutes and it tastes amazing. Try it and you will know that it is one of the best. Try our gravy and you will love it. Ingredients

1 kg Whole Chicken
4 pieces green Cardamom
4 pieces Cloves
8-10 whole black pepper
2 Bay leaves
3 medium Onion(pyaaz) (Finely Chopped)
2 Piece Green Chilies
2 medium tomato (Finely Chopped)
A handful Green Coriander
Garlic and Ginger
2 Tablespoon cooking Oil
1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric (besar) Powder
1 teaspoon Kasmiri Mirch (can also use degi mirch)
Table Salt (According to taste)
