Chicken boneless – 500 gm
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Egg white – 1 no
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Salt – as needed
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
For sauce :
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Sesame oil – 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce – 1 tbsp
Corn flour – 2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
FOR SAUTE
Chopped garlic – 10 pods
Chopped ginger – 2 inch
Capsicum cubed – 3 colors
Roasted peanuts – as needed
Red chillies – 5 to 6
Salt – as needed
Pepper – as needed
Oil – as needed
