Homemade Lachedaar rabdi is a very delicious dessert made using milk which is cooked well till it get’s 1/4th of it’s quantity
METHOD
1.In a pan heat Full cream milk – 1 liter and boil it
2.Then start applying malai on sides and keep on doing so till milk turns 250 ml in quantity, also add few strands of saffron for good colour
3.When milk reduces in quantity then add
Sugar – 3 teaspoon
Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped Almonds – 5
Cashews chopped – 5
Chopped pistachios – 6 to 7
Mix well cook for 5 minutes and serve chilled
