INGREDIENTS
1.5 kg chicken
1/4th cup oil
2 bay leaves
3 green cardamoms
3-4 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
3 medium sized onions finely chopped
4 medium sized tomato purée
Salt to taste
3 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
3-4 tbsp thick yoghurt/curd
