MEAT PREPARATION

Beef/Chicken Mince – 500g
Ginger – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Carom Seed (Ajwain) – 2 tsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Mushrooms – 1/4cup Sliced
STEP # 3
WHITE SAUCE
Butter – 60g
All-Purpose flour – 2 tbsp
Milk – 2 cups
Salt – ½ tsp
Black Pepper – ¼ tsp
Thick cream/whipping cream – 1 cup
Mozzarella Cheese – ½ cup shredded
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
Parmesan Cheese – as needed
Lasagne sheets – 1 pack
Mozzarella Cheese – more for topping as needed
Capsicum – chopped for sprinkling
Spring Onion – Chopped for Sprinkling
Olive oil for greasing
Oregano – for garnish
Olives, Capsicum, tomatoes, mushrooms for garnishing
