1. One Layer Chicken With Skin
2. Salt (As Per Taste)
3. Chili Powder (As Per Taste)
4. Turmeric Powder 1 & ½ tsp
5. Cooking Oil ¼ Cup
6. Chopped Onion 1 & ½ Cup
7. Whole Garam Masala
8. Star Masala 1 Piece
9. Bay Leaves 3 Piece
10. Ginger Paste 3 tbsp
11. Garlic Paste 3 tbsp
12. Cumin Powder 2 tsp
13. Coriander Powder 2 tsp
14. Roasted Cumin Powder 2 tsp
15. Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
16. Drinking Water
STEP BY STEP RECIPE
One layer chicken with skin nicely cut and chicken skin scorched
Take checked pieces at pressure cooker and give salt as per taste
Add 1/2 tsp chili powder and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Mix all and give 1 cup water
Cook in pressure with one whistle
It’s now partially cooked
Now take 1/4 cup cooking oil in a pan
Add whole garam masala, one-star masala, and 3 bay leaves
Pour 1 & 1/2 cup chopped onion and fry until becomes brown
Add some water so that it won’t burn
Now add 3 tbsp ginger, 3 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric powder, chili powder as per taste, cumin powder 2 tsp, and coriander powder 2 tsp
Now inflict masala very well and add some water
Now add salt as per taste
When oil comes out, masala cooked perfectly
Now add all partially cooked chicken pieces and pour all curry water
This water will help to cook afterward
Here most oils came from the chicken
Now cook inflicting the curry mixing properly
Add roasted cumin powder 2 tsp, garam masala 1/2 tsp and mix all properly
Now chicken curry cooked perfectly and ready to serve
TIPS
Adding some water at the time of cooking masala will save the masala from burning
If you want to make chicken curry softer, give more than one whistle
