LE PROVENCE

1 ½ oz. (45ml) Elisir M.P. Roux Herbal Liqueur
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Benedictine Herbal Liqueur
1 oz. (30ml) Suze Herbal Liqueur
3 dashes Orange Bitters
Orange Blossom Water
Flaming Absinthe Rinse
Garnish: Apple Brandy

PREPARATION
1. Combine Elisir M.P., Benedictine, Suze, orange bitters, and ice in a mixing glass. Stir.
2. Spray orange blossom water into your serving glass and follow with a flaming Absinthe spray.
3. Strain mix into glass and garnish with a brandied baby apple.
