INGREDIENTS
2 slices of Arabian bread/khubs
fry till crispy
1 finely chopped cucumber
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup bell peppers (all 3 colors)
3 tbs spring onion
2 tbs mint leaves
few lettuce leaves
1/2 cup of purple cabbage
for dressing
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 tsp vinegar
3 tbs olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp Syrian Sumac Powder
